We do not run any sign-up, contact, or enquiry forms on this website, so we do not routinely collect personal data from your visit. We may receive or record the following only in limited situations:

• Information you send us by email. If you choose to email us — for example, a job application or CV sent to careers@endgrp.com — we receive whatever personal data you include, such as your name, contact details, and the contents of your message and attachments.

Voice & telephony communications

Separately from this website, END Group operates a centralised business telephone line and interactive voice response (IVR) system through which calls are routed to the relevant group company. Our voice, SMS and messaging services are delivered through a licensed third-party cloud-telephony provider that acts as a data processor on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

When you call us, request a call back, or share your number with us, we may collect and process your telephone number, call detail records (such as the time, duration and the menu option you selected) and, where applicable, call recordings. We use this only to connect and route your call, to respond to your enquiry, order or service request, for quality assurance and training, for record-keeping, and to comply with legal obligations. Calls may be recorded and monitored; where applicable, an in-call announcement notifies you. Promotional calls or messages are sent only with your consent and in compliance with the regulations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), including DLT and Do-Not-Disturb (DND) requirements, and you may opt out at any time. This call data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law, and is handled in line with this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations. Emails and job-application materials are kept for the period reasonably needed to handle your request or hiring process, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

Your rights as a Data Principal

Where you have provided us personal data, you have rights under the DPDP Act as a Data Principal, subject to the conditions and exemptions in the law. These include the right to:
