Voice Calls & Telephony Communications

END Group operates a centralised business telephone line and interactive voice response (IVR) system through which calls are routed to the relevant group company (such as Lohakar or SNS UPVC). Our voice, SMS and messaging services are delivered through a licensed third-party cloud-telephony provider that acts as a data processor on our behalf. By calling us, requesting a call back, or providing your telephone number to END Group or any of our group companies, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Recording & monitoring. Calls to or from our business line may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, service and record-keeping purposes. Where applicable, an in-call announcement together with this notice constitutes your notice of such recording.
• Consent to be contacted. By sharing your number you consent to receive calls, SMS and messaging (including via WhatsApp) from END Group and the relevant group company in connection with your enquiry, quotation, order, service or support request.
• Promotional communications. We send promotional or marketing calls and messages only where you have opted in to receive them and in compliance with the regulations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), including DLT registration and Do-Not-Disturb (DND) requirements.
• Caller identity. Outbound calls and messages from our group companies may display a common END Group business number as the caller identity.
• Opt-out. You may withdraw consent or opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP to a message, informing the agent during a call, or writing to info@endgrp.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect communications necessary to provide a service you have requested.
• Handling of your data.
